Do I need SharePoint licences on top of Microsoft 365?
No. SharePoint Online is included in Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard and Premium, and in the Office 365 and Microsoft 365 enterprise plans. Everyone with one of those plans can use the intranet.
How long does a SharePoint intranet take?
Usually one to three weeks, depending on how many departments and pages you need and how much content has to move in.
Can you fix our existing SharePoint instead of starting again?
Yes. Most projects start with an existing setup. I map what you have, keep what works and restructure the rest without interrupting people who use it every day.
Will it work on phones?
Modern SharePoint pages work in the browser on any device and in the SharePoint mobile app, and the intranet can also appear inside Microsoft Teams.
