How is Power Pages licensed?
Power Pages is licensed separately from Microsoft 365, by monthly capacity for authenticated and anonymous users. I'll help you estimate what you need before we build.
Can external users sign in with their own accounts?
Yes. Power Pages supports sign-in with Microsoft Entra External ID and other identity providers, plus local accounts if you need them.
Where is the data stored?
In Dataverse inside your own tenant, so your internal apps, flows and reports can use the same records.
